What Love is This?

Perfection was Yours, and yet You chose me.

Enthroned on High and still You chose that cursed tree.

Beloved and exalted, but still You bore my shame.

You are sinless and holy and still You spoke my name.

You chose with joy my punishment, how can this be?

You laid it all down so our Father could embrace me.

What Love is this?

It’s the Love that covers a multitude of sins. Poured out in Blood so I could be whole again.

He is the Love who is worth waiting for. The Love that will never let me down.

He's the Love that bled and died, now resurrected and seated with His crown.

This Love is fully God and fully man, His name is Jesus Christ. He is the only one that fully satisfies.

This Love is mine and I am His for all eternity. This invitation is for you as much as it is for me.

This Love has defeated every sin and every grave. This Love, with open arms, is waiting for you to call His name.

This Love is Jesus Christ, the eternally begotten Son.

The Way.

The Truth.

The Life.

He is the only One.
